French macarons

This dessert is probably one of the most popular French products there is. Almost every bakery you’ll find offers this delightful dessert because of its rich flavours and how easy it is to eat. 

Our French macarons are crispy, chewy, and soft. They are available in different colours that correspond to their flavours. Out of all our desserts, this is the most difficult to make because we have to make sure that the texture of the macarons is right.

Our chefs use only the finest ingredients so you’ll be satisfied with our desserts. Here are the ingredients we use:

  • 1¾ cups (226 g.) powdered sugar 
  • 1 cups (98 g.) super-fine almond flour 
  • 3 large egg whites
  • ¼ tsp. cream of tartar
  • Kosher salt
  • ¼ cups (40 g.) superfine sugar
  • 8 drops pink food colouring.


Tulipes are known for being an elegant-looking dessert because of their crispy shell that acts as the plate where the ice cream is placed. This dessert is one of the easiest to make because it doesn’t require a lot of preparation. 

Here are the following ingredients used for this dessert:

  • 3 large egg whites
  • ¾ cups of confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ cups of all-purpose flour
  • 6 tbsp. of butter
  • ½ tsp. of vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. of salt
  • 1 scoop of ice cream or sorbet.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • Fresh fruit for serving
  • Powdered sugar for serving.

Crepe cake

Crepe cake is the trendiest cake these days. It’s easy to create and can make anyone crave once they set their eyes on this. Depending on the size that you want for the cake, this dessert can consist of at least 20 layers. Each layer of this cake is separated by pastry creams such as chocolate, custard, caramel, or any flavour of filling of your choice.

The following ingredients are used for our crepe cake:

  • 25 flour tortillas
  • Butter for sautéing
  • Sugar for sprinkling
  • 1 jar Nutella
  • Chocolate sauce.

Lemon-berry savarin

If you’re not a fan of frosting, our lemon-berry savarin is the ideal dessert for you! This dish is in a bread-like shape that has a hole in the middle where the raspberries are placed. 

Our chefs use the following ingredients to make the lemon-berry savarin:

  • 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 envelope rapid rise yeast
  • ¼ cups sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ cups milk
  • 10 tbsp. butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. grated lemon zest.

For the syrup, our chefs use simple ingredients to bring rich flavours that will enhance the lemon taste of the savarin. Here are the ingredients for the sauce:

  • 1½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup each lemon juice and limoncello
  • 1 qt. strawberries
  • 1 pt. Raspberries.

Coffee Crème Brûlée

Get a taste of coffee and crème brûlée in one dish when you try our coffee crème brûlée dessert! This dish has a signature shell that covers the creamy, coffee-infused custard. Our coffee crème brûlée is one of the most popular desserts that we offer. 

Here are the following ingredients used in our coffee crème brûlée:

  • ½ cup of light brown sugar
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup of dark-roast coffee beans
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 6 large egg yolks
  • ½ cup of granulated sugar.

Cappuccino Soufflé

Our Cappuccino Soufflé is ideal for two people because it comes in two small bowls. This dish can be prepared in just under 30 minutes, that’s why this is also ideal for on the go. Our Cappuccino Soufflé is soft and fluffy, making it easy to eat. 

Here are the ingredients used for this dessert:

  • 1 tsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 1 tbsp. instant coffee
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar.

This dessert is paired with a cup of rich hot chocolate that’s poured over the soufflé. Here are the ingredients for this chocolate:

  • ¼ cup of half-and-half or light cream
  • 1 oz. semisweet chocolate
  • 1 tsp. of butter or margarine
  • ½ tsp. of instant coffee
  • 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon.

Mocha pots de Créme

  • 4 oz. of bittersweet chocolate
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup of packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1¾ cup of whole milk
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • ¼ cup of brewed espresso
  • 2 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. of instant espresso powder
  • 1 tbsp. of granulated sugar.

Mango-basil vacherin

Put a twist to your usual mango dessert when you try our Mango-basil vacherin! This crispy-creamy French dessert consists of mango sorbet that’s topped with meringue and vanilla ice cream. 

Our chefs use the following ingredients to make this one-of-a-kind dessert:

Basil ice cream

  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup of water
  • ¼ cup of packed basil leaves
  • 2 pt. of vanilla ice cream.

Lime meringue kisses

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1½ cup of confectioners’ sugar
  • Finely grated zest of 2 limes.

Lime whipped cream

  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp. of sugar
  • Finely grated zest of 1 lime
  • Diced mango
  • Basil leaves.

Crème caramel

This new take on caramel dessert will keep you wanting more. Our Crème caramel is sweet and soft, providing customers with an easy way to slice through it. Though the dessert is filled with caramel, it’s not as sticky as you might think.

  • ¾ cup superfine sugar
  • ½ cup of water
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of superfine sugar
  • 1¼ cup of cream
  • 1¾ cup of milk.

Orange-Cardamom Madeleines

The orange-cardamom madeleines are the perfect beach snack you need because it takes the form of a shell and it’s easy to eat. By packing it in small containers, you’re ready for your small getaway. Brickyard Bistro offers this delicious dessert so you can share it with your loved ones. 

Our chefs use the following ingredients to make our orange-cardamom madeleines:

  • ¼ cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp. of good-quality honey
  • 1 tsp. of pure vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. of baking powder
  • ¾ tsp. of ground cardamom
  • ¼ tsp. of salt
  • ¼ cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tsp. of finely grated orange zest.

Nutella and berry crepes

This Nutella and berry crepe is ideal for both breakfast and dessert because it can be paired with any fruits you’d like. Our Nutella and berry crepes are easy to make, that’s why if you’re in a hurry, this is the ideal food on the go.

  • Granulated sugar
  • Vanilla extract

  • All-purpose flour
  • Butter
  • Strawberries/Raspberries
  • Nutella.

Chocolate mousse

Chocolate mousse is popular because of its soft texture and cake base that’s easy to eat. This dessert consists of layers of chocolate and cream. The light and airy texture of this dessert make it attractive to people. 

Our chefs use the following ingredients to create chocolate mousse:

  • 4 large egg yolks
  • ¼ of cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups of heavy cream, divided
  • 8 oz. of chopped bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of cognac, coffee liqueur, or brewed espresso
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

When it comes to the topping and garnish of our chocolate mousse, we place whipped topped with chocolate curls and shavings.
